Free Heartsaver CPR/AED Classes to be Offered Feb. 11

Become a Heartsaver for Valentine’s Day! For the second year in a row, West Penn Allegheny Health System’s STAR Center and the Community College of Allegheny County Public Safety Institute will provide free Heartsaver CPR and AED training in honor of Valentine’s Day and Heart Health Month.

Everyone is welcome. Courses will be offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 11, at the STAR Center, Pittsburgh’s only accredited simulation training center, located at 4900 Friendship Ave. (West Penn Hospital School of Nursing building) in Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield neighborhood.

No pre-registration is required. Course completion cards will be issued on Feb. 11.
