Catalyst Coaching LLC announces the next “enLIGHTen Your Life!” permanent weight loss course will begin via teleseminar on September 19, 2012. The course, a comprehensive 45-week learning experience, is easily accessible via phone anywhere in the world. The class hours are from 6:00-7:30 p.m. central time on consecutive Wednesdays.
Instructor Pat Barone, a Master Credentialed Coach (MCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC), is also a personal master of permanent weight loss. She lost over 90 lbs. and has maintained her weight loss since the year 2000.
