Jameson Hospital Presents Highmark’s Proven Drop 10 in 10 Weight Loss Program

Beginning August 6, 2013, Jameson Health System will offer the Drop 10 in 10SM Highmark wellness program designed for participants to lose ten pounds or ten percent of their body weight in ten weeks.

This innovative weight management programs teaches how to add a healthy balance to life with focus on nutrition and fitness.

Rochelle Rashid-Nebel, MS, RD, LDN, a registered dietitian with a masters degree in exercise physiology will conduct the classes through an engaging program of optimal nutrition, regular exercise and
behavior change. The program includes a combination of educational lecturers, experimental activities, self-study, self-monitoring and personal goal setting. Drop 10 in 10 helps individuals move away from
the “all or nothing” mentality of fad dieting to the philosophy of making meaningful and long-lasting nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes.

The ten-week program is free to Highmark members with a nominal fee to non-members plus a $20 materials fee. Classes are held from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning August 6, 2013
through October 8, 2013 at the Jameson Hospital North Campus, 1211 Wilmington Avenue, New Castle.
