Stephanie Samolovitch, Director of Support Services for the Cancer Caring Center, shares her story of her battle with leukemia. The Center provides free emotional support services for cancer patients and families. She was asked by the Mario Lemieux Foundation to share her story.
The fourth floor of the Hillman Cancer Center is being taken to the next level by the Mario Lemieux Foundation. It will become the “Mario Lemieux Center for Blood Cancer” to make patients able to receive treatment in one, all inclusive center.
