Presbyterian SeniorCare affiliate cleans house at annual Professional Affordable Housing Management Association Conference
SeniorCare Network, Presbyterian SeniorCare’s property management affiliate, never fails to prove that their communities excel in providing a comfortable space for residents to age in place with dignity and respect.
Presbyterian SeniorCare is proud to announce that several SeniorCare Network communities were recognized for excellence in compliance, management and operating at the annual Professional Affordable Housing Management Association (PAHMA) Conference held last month at Seven Springs.
The following communities received a Superior Rating on the most recent Management and Operating Review:

- Etna Commons, Etna
- Bridge Street Commons, Waynesburg
- Bellmead Apartments, Washington
- Green Diamond Apartments, Baden
St. Therese Plaza was also recognized for excellence in Housing Management by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). St. Therese Plaza received the award for their overall excellence as a provider of affordable housing in Pennsylvania.
Seventeen SeniorCare Network communities received a 90% or better in physical inspections and were listed on the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Honor Roll:
